- Qualifications and Experience:
- Any woman having a Masters in Law/ Social Work/ Sociology/Social Science/Psychology with at least 5 years” experience of working on women related relevant domains in an administrative set-up with a Government or Non-Government project/ programme and preferably with at least 1-year experience of counselling either within or outside the same set-up.
- Candidate should be preferably a resident of the local community so that local human resource and expertise is utlised for effective functioning of the centre.

2. Office Assistant

- Any person who is a graduate with a minimum of 3- years’ experience in handling office documentation related job.

5. Security Guard/ Night Guard

- Qualifications and Experience:
- Any person having at least 2 years” experience of working as security personnel in a government or reputed organization at the district/ state level. He/ she should preferably be retired military/ para-military personnel.
One Stop Centre under Mission Shakti:

Educational Qualifications & Experience:
- Any female with a Master’s degree in Law/ Social Work/ Sociology/Social Science/ Psychology and a minimum of 5 years of experience in women-related areas in an administrative role within a Government or Non-Government project/program, preferably with at least 1 year of counseling experience.
- For current staff, 3 years of experience will be preferred.
- She should ideally be a resident of the local community to ensure the effective utilization of local human resources and expertise for the center’s operations.
7. Case Handler
Number of Posts: 60 posts
Educational Qualifications & Experience:
- Any female with a Bachelor’s degree in Law/ Social Work/ Sociology/ Social Science/ Psychology and a minimum of 3 years of experience in women-related areas in a Government or Non-Government project/program.
- She should ideally be a resident of the local community to ensure the effective utilization of local human resources and expertise for the center’s operations.
8. Therapist
Number of Posts: 35 posts
Educational Qualifications & Experience: Any female with a professional degree/diploma in psychology/ psychiatry/ neurosciences with a background in the health sector and a minimum of 3 years of experience working within a government or non-government health project/program at the district level.
9. Administrative Assistant
Number of Posts: 28 posts
Educational Qualifications & Experience: Any graduate with a Diploma in computers/ IT, etc. and a minimum of 3 years of experience in data management, process documentation, and web-based reporting formats, video conferencing at the state or district level with Government or Non-Government/ IT-based organizations.
10. General Support Staff/ Cook (MPW)
Number of Posts: 94 posts
Educational Qualifications & Experience: Any literate female with knowledge/experience in the relevant field.
