2. The Additional Public Prosecutor Position

Additional Criteria of Home & Political Department Recruitment
Citizenship: All applicants must be Indian citizens.

Marital Status: Candidates with more than one spouse (in the case of men) or married to a person with a living wife (in the case of women) are ineligible for these positions.

Documents to be Submitted with Application Form
Duly filled up application form, affixing a self-attested Photograph on the top right side of the Form, along with self-attested photocopies of the following documents/ certificates:
- Matriculation/ 10th Standard/ HSLC Admit Card/ Pass Certificate with a clear indication of the Date of Birth.
- Pass Certificates and Mark sheets of all examinations from Matriculation/ 10th Standard/ HSLC onwards up to the level of the qualifying examination.
- A document showing the Date of Enrollment, along with a self-declaration that the candidate has not left practice as an Advocate and has not joined any other service/ profession/ business. Any contrary facts may lead to the rejection of the candidature.
- Two passport-size photographs.
