The West Assam Milk Producers’ Cooperative Union Limited (WAMUL), popularly known as Purabi Dairy, has announced the recruitment of Assistant & Executive Posts on a contractual basis for the year 2024. This is an excellent opportunity for eligible and interested candidates to join a leading dairy cooperative and contribute to the dairy sector’s growth in Assam. WAMUL Guwahati Recruitment 2024 Details
1. Executive (Marketing and Sales)
Remuneration: CTC Rs. 8.15 lakhs per annum including P.F & other Contributions. (Negotiable and commensurate with qualification and experience)
Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline or a Post-graduate degree/diploma in Business Administration (Marketing).
Experience: Must have 5 years of experience for graduates or 3 years for postgraduates in marketing & sales within the Dairy/FMCG-Retail sector. Candidates with experience in other sectors are not eligible to apply.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in Internet-based applications, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and other related applications is required.
Job Location: Upper Assam, Central Assam, Barak Valley (Preferably Jorhat, Guwahati, Silchar)
Age Limit: Not above 33 years as of 1st January 2024. However, relaxation of up to 3 years may be given for candidates with relevant experience.
2. Assistant-II (Purchase)
Remuneration: CTC Rs. 4.25 lakhs per annum including P.F & other Contributions. (Negotiable and commensurate with qualification and experience)
Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized institute/university.
Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years in managing purchase-related work in a manufacturing industry, preferably in the food industry.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in Internet-based applications, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and other related applications is required.
Job Location: Panjabari, Guwahati
Age Limit: Not above 32 years as of 1st January 2024. However, relaxation of up to 3 years may be given for candidates with relevant experience.
3. Assistant-I (Sales & Distribution)
Remuneration: CTC Rs. 3.73 lakhs per annum including P.F & other Contributions. (Negotiable and commensurate with qualification and experience)
Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized institute/university.
Experience: Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in Sales & Distribution within the Dairy/FMCG-Retail sector. Candidates with experience in other sectors are not eligible to apply.
Job Location: Upper Assam, Central Assam, Barak Valley (Preferably Jorhat, Guwahati, Silchar)
Age Limit: Not above 28 years as of 1st January 2024. However, relaxation of up to 3 years may be given for candidates with relevant experience.
4. Assistant-I (Procurement & Input)
Remuneration: CTC Rs. 3.73 lakhs per annum including P.F & other Contributions. (Negotiable and commensurate with qualification and experience)
Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized institute/university.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in the development sector. Experience in village-based extension activities is an added advantage.
Job Location: All across Assam (Upper, Central, Lower)
Age Limit: Not above 30 years as of 1st January 2024. However, relaxation of up to 3 years may be given for candidates with relevant experience.
5. Assistant-I (CFP-Laboratory)
Remuneration: CTC Rs. 3.73 lakhs per annum including P.F & other Contributions. (Negotiable and commensurate with qualification and experience)
Educational Qualification: B.Sc (Chemistry) or M.Sc (Chemistry) from a recognized educational institute.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a Cooperative/Private Cattle Feed plant, Food industry, or similar sector.
Job Location: Changsari
Age Limit: Not above 30 years as of 1st January 2024. However, relaxation of up to 3 years may be given for candidates with relevant experience.
6. Assistant-I (Technical-Procurement & Input)
Remuneration: CTC Rs. 3.73 lakhs per annum including P.F & other Contributions. (Negotiable and commensurate with qualification and experience)
Educational Qualification: Diploma or Degree in “Refrigeration & Air Conditioning”, Mechanical, or Electrical from a recognized institute/university.
Computer Knowledge: Basic knowledge of Internet-based applications.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in the development sector. Experience in cold chain management systems is an added advantage. Preference will be given to experienced candidates.
Job Location: Upper Assam
Age Limit: Not above 30 years as of 1st January 2024. However, relaxation of up to 3 years may be given for candidates with relevant experience.
7. Assistant-I (Technical-Information & Communications Technology)
Remuneration: CTC Rs. 3.73 lakhs per annum including P.F & other Contributions. (Negotiable and commensurate with qualification and experience)
Educational Qualification: ITI in Computer Operating & Programming Assistant (COPA), Information Technology & Electronic System Maintenance (IT & ESM), Electronics, IT, or Electrical after 10th Standard from a recognized institute.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in the development sector. Experience in village-based extension activities is an added advantage.
Computer Knowledge: Proficiency in Internet-based applications, computer hardware & software, advanced word processing, spreadsheets (MS Word, MS Excel), PowerPoint, and other related applications is required.
Job Location: Hills & Central Assam, North Assam
Age Limit: Not above 28 years as of 1st January 2024. However, relaxation of up to 3 years may be given for candidates with relevant experience.
8. Assistant-I (Billing)
Remuneration: CTC Rs. 3.73 lakhs per annum including P.F & other Contributions. (Negotiable and commensurate with qualification and experience)
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any stream from a recognized institute/university with a minimum of 1 Year of Computer Literacy Diploma Certificate from a recognized institute.
Experience: Minimum 1-year post-qualification full-time experience in any organization with a working knowledge of computer applications such as CRM, ERP, Internet-based applications, MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Relevant experience in FMCG/Dairy is an added advantage.
Job Location: Jorhat
