Eligibilty Criteria of RIMC Admission 2022
RIMC Entrance Examination for admission to Class VIII
Education Qualification: The candidate should either be studying in class VII or passed Class VII from any recognized school at the time of admission to the RIMC, i.e. on 1st Januar 2023
Age Limit: Boys and Girls boths Entry are eligible to apply for admission to the RIMC, Dehradun. The candidate should be in age bracket of 11.5 to 13 years as on 01 Jan 2023, i.e., they should not be born earlier than 02 Jan 2010 and not later than 01 Jul 2011.

Viva-Voce: Interview will be held for only those candidates who quality in the written examination
Medical Examination: The candidates finally selected after the Viva-Voce will undergo a medical examination at selected Military Hospitals and only those candidates found medically fit will be considered for selection and admission to the RIMC.
Future Scope: After completing the course almost 80% of Cadet are selected for National Defence Academy (NDA) or other organization related to Defence.
Examination Centre:Guwahati. It will be mentioned in the Admit Card.
Scholarships: The Govt. of Assam provides scholarships to the meritorious domicile students studying in RIMC Dehradun @ Rs. 50,000.00 p.a. as per the norms.

1. Original filled-up form (2 copies).
2. Birth Certificate (2 copies).
3. Domicile Certificate (2 copies).
4. Certificate of the school authority where studying now.
5. Aadhaar Card (2 copies).
6. Passport photo (5 copies – 2 for Forms, 1 for School Certificate, 2 additional).
7. Postal Envelop with filled-up communication address and postal stamp of Rs. 42/-.
