Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Assam has released an official notification for Polytechnic Admission Test (PAT) 2023. Those candidates who are intending and fulfill the required eligibility criteria may apply online with help of this article for admission into 3-years Diploma in Engineering and Technology in State Government Polytechnics of Assam and Polytechnics outside Assam (against seat allotted by the Govt. of India) for the session 2023-24.

Eligibility Criteria of Polytechnic Admission Test
Resident-ship: Candidate/s must be a permanent citizen of Assam.
Educational Qualification: Candidate must pass the H.S.L.C. or its equivalent examination in single sitting with Mathematics and Science as compulsory subjects. Candidates also must have passed individually in both Theory and Practical examinations in Mathematics and Science.
Required minimum average percentage in Mathematics and Science is as mentioned below.
