1. Assistant Commandant General Duty (GD)

- Gender: Male
- Age Limit: Candidates must be born between 01 Jul 1999 & 30 Jun 2003 (inclusive).
- Educational Qualification:
- A degree from a recognized university with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks.
- Mathematics and Physics as subjects up to Intermediate or Class XII with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks.
2. Assistant Commandant Technical (Mechanical)
- Number of Posts: –
- Gender: Male
- Age Limit: As specified for Assistant Commandant General Duty.
- Educational Qualification:
- An Engineering degree from a recognized university in various disciplines with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks.
- Mathematics and Physics as subjects up to Intermediate or Class XII with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks.
3. Assistant Commandant Technical (Electrical/ Electronics)
- Number of Posts: 20 Posts (Mechanical + Electrical/ Electronics)
- Gender: Male
- Age Limit: As specified for Assistant Commandant General Duty.
- Educational Qualification:
- An Engineering degree from a recognized university in Electrical or Electronics-related disciplines with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks.
- Mathematics and Physics as subjects up to Intermediate or Class XII with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks.

Medical Standards
Height
(i) Asst Commandant (GD), Technical: 157 cms minimum. Reduction in height for candidates from hilly areas and tribal areas will be in accordance with the Central Govt. regulations.
(ii) Asst Commandant (CPL-SSA) (Men/Women): Minimum 162.5 cms and maximum 197 cms, leg length minimum 99 cms.
Weight
Proportionate to the Height and Age, + 10 % acceptable.
Chest
Well proportionate, minimum expansion 5 cms.
Eye Sight
(i) Asst Commandant (GD) 6/6 6/9 – Uncorrected without Glass.
6/6 6/6 – Corrected with Glass.
(ii) Asst Commandant 6/6 in one eye and 6/9 in other
CPL holders (SSA) correctable to 6/6.
(iii) Asst Commandant (Tech) 6/36 6/36 – Uncorrected without Glass.
6/6 6/6 – Corrected with Glass
Examination Fee
