The IIE Guwahati is on a mission to empower individuals and uplift communities through various projects such as “Oil Jeevika,” “Samarth,” “Sankalp,” and PMKVY. To achieve these goals, they are seeking highly motivated and skilled individuals for the following positions:
1. Lead – Project
- Number of Posts: 01
- Remuneration: Pay Band Rs. 39,000/- to Rs. 43,000/- per month
- Educational Qualification: Master Degree in Management/Rural Management/Social Work
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience with project implementation, technical & management, entrepreneurship development, skill development, livelihoods. Proficiency in documentation, reporting, computer literacy, data analysis, and fluent communication in English and Hindi.
- Age Limit: 30 – 45 Years
2. Mentor
- Number of Posts: 01
- Remuneration: Pay Band Rs. 35,000/- to Rs. 50,000/- per month
- Project Site: Arunachal Pradesh
- Educational Qualification: Master Degree in Management/Rural Management/Social Work
- Experience: Experience in conducting EDP and MDP programs, training and mentoring entrepreneurs, knowledge of various industries, marketing, sustainability plans, and excellent communication skills.
- Age Limit: 30 – 45 Years
3. Senior Executive-Project
- Number of Posts: 03 (1 post each for Samarth, Sankalp & PMKVY projects)
- Remuneration: Pay Band Rs. 29,000/- to Rs. 40,000/- per month
- Educational Qualification: Graduate/Master Degree in Management/Rural Management/Social Work
- Experience: 4-5 years of experience in skill development projects, proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, field training, ToT, and more.
- Age Limit: 30 – 45 Years
4. Data Entry Operator
- Number of Posts: 02 (For PMKVY Project)
- Remuneration: Pay Band Rs. 13,800/- to Rs. 17,200/-
- Educational Qualification: Minimum HS pass from recognized University/Board with computer skills
- Experience: 2 years of data entry experience, with a data entry speed of 50 words per minute and expertise in MS Office and Google tools.
- Age Limit: 25 – 35 Years
