BSF Group C in Air Wing Recruitment -2021 | Vacancy Details
1. Name of posts: Assistant Aircraft Mechanic (ASI)
No of Posts: Total 54
(Gen- 24, EWS- 05, OBC-09, SC-07, ST-04, Ex-serviceman – 05)
Eligibility Criteria :
(i) Three years Diploma in the relevant trade recognized by the Directorate General Civil Aviation; OR
(ii) Group “X” Diploma issued by the Indian Air Force.
(iii) Preferably two years relevant aviation experience after completion of the Diploma course.
Pay Scale: Level-5 (Rs. 29,200-Rs.92,300/-) as per 7th CPC
Age Limit: Maximum age 28 years as on 26/07/2021
2. Name of Post: Assistant Radio Mechanic (ASI)
No of Posts: Total 9
(Gen- 04, EWS- 01, OBC-03, Ex-serviceman – 01)
Eligibility Criteria :
(i) Three years Diploma recognized by the Directorate General, Civil Aviation in Telecommunication or Electronics Engineering; OR
(II) Group “X” Radio Diploma issued by the Indian Air Force;
(ii) Preferably two years experience in maintenance or overhauling of communication or Navigation equipment fitted in Aircraft or Helicopter held by Border Security Force.
Pay Scale: Level-5 (Rs. 29,200-Rs.92,300/-) as per 7th CPC
Age Limit: Maximum age 28 years as on 26/07/2021
3. Name of Post: Constable (Store Man)
No of Posts: Total 9
(Gen- 05, EWS-01, OBC-01, ST-01, Ex-serviceman – 01)
Eligibility Criteria :
(i) Matriculation pass with Science or equivalent from a recognized Board.
(i) Must have two years working experience in Store or warehousing of any Government or Public Sector Undertaking or Autonomous organization or any company or private firm or Institution.
(iii) Working knowledge in Computer or having prior aviation experience is preferable.
Pay Scale: Level-3 (Rs. 21,700-Rs.69,100/-) as per 7th CPC
Age Limit: Minimum 25 Years and Maximum 28 years as on 26/07/2021

Women candidates and candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribes, BSF serving personnel, and Ex-Servicemen are exempted from payment of examination fee.
