In AADHAAR Based Verification process, candidates apply online by visiting the official portal by using their AADHAAR Card with a permanent address within the state of Assam. They are not to be required to go to Employment Exchange Office/s physically. The online application process for Aadhaar based verification candidates may follow the below-mentioned steps.

  • Scroll down, and check the Important Web-Links section.
  • Click on the Online Employment Exchange Registration link.
  • A new pop-up window will be opened.
  • Click on the “Apply with AADHAAR “ button; Click on “Register Here”
  • Enter Full Name, Email Id, Mobile No., Password and State, and Click Submit Button.
  • Next, choose to Apply with the AADHAAR option.
  • Login to the portal by providing the Login ID and OTP/Password.
  • Now, fill in all the necessary information.
  • Please scan all Educational Qualification (Pass Certificate & Mark sheets in chronological order from the lowest level to highest level) into a single PDF and upload as one single PDF.
  • After successfully submitting of application Employment Exchange Card (X 10) will be issued to his/ her registered Email.

Those candidates who don’t have an AADHAAR card must use Non-AADHAAR Based Verification method for getting Employment Exchange Registration Certificate. Registration Fee for Assam Employment Exchange Certificate

  • Every registrant shall renew his /her registration once in three (3) years in the due month as indicated on his/her Registration card.

  • No request for renewal of registration after the expiry of the due month and grace period shall be entertained under any circumstances.
